Hey guys, it's Alexis here and I'm going to show you one of my favorite juices that I like to make during quarantine.

I really took my health and my building my immunity to a lot of importance while in quarantine and so I thought I would show you.

Of course I love to use pineapple. I think we all know why, right?

When the restrictions let loose, get someone over here and treat me like dinner.

So this is how I cut my pineapple. It makes it super easy.
